At Glownsharp, managed by Vacitro It Solutions, our purpose is to deliver a seamless and trustworthy shopping journey for women accessories. Throughout this policy, the words “we,” “our,” and “us” correspond to Vacitro It Solutions, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We realize that preferences evolve, and at times, your chosen accessories may no longer match your current desires, leading you to rethink your purchase. Circumstances can shift, and you may decide to withdraw a placed order. To assist you with this, we have clearly laid out our cancellation process below for your convenience. 
 

Cancelling Orders Prior to Dispatch 
Customers are permitted to cancel an order within 24 hours from the purchase time or before the shipment process begins—whichever occurs first. 
To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer care team directly via email. 
If the cancellation request is valid, a full refund will be processed to the same payment method within 5–7 working days. 

Orders Already Shipped 
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed. However, once you receive the delivery, you may initiate a return following the steps mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modifications 
At present, we do not support changes to chosen products or delivery details once an order is placed. If changes are required, the only option is to cancel (if eligible) and place a new order.
